70's Metamorphosis
This 70’s home was solid and sizeable, and in a fantastic location, but still in it’s original form. Our discerning clients wanted a modern & light family home to suit the needs of their growing family. Valuable space was created by opening up rooms and clever storage. A spectacular pool area, outdoor living room & decks were added. Villa Restoration
This picturesque Villa situated in a pretty rural setting was in need of some serious TLC. A complete make over was required throughout. Renovations & remodelling resulted in a stunning finish, which provides the family the comforts of modern living in a gorgeous heritage property.
Bespoke New Home

Beachfront Transformation
This property needed a complete transformation within the confines of the original footprint. The house was completely remodeled inside, and then re clad in weatherboard. The total modernisation throughout improved the functionality and form of the existing space, whilst the new exterior provided a contemporary aesthetic to match its fabulous beachfront position.
Major Addition & Alteration
Our clients needed more room, so a top level was added to the existing dwelling. This gave them the ultimate in family living spaces, incorporating space & flow, a designer kitchen, high studs & stunning joinery to showcase the incredible view. The original part of the home was reconfigured to provide new bedrooms & bathrooms, and the end result was a spectacular yet functional family home.
Art Deco Modernisation
This 1940's Art Deco home was old, cold and in desperate need of a makeover. The brief was to use the old bones & retain the character of the building, whilst adding on significant square meterage. The finished product is a unique character home which has retained it's Art Deco heritage whilst providing the owners with the all the benefits of modern building techniques.
Outdoor Entertaining
After originally converting their "tired old 100sqm house into a 250sqm modern family home", our client asked us to return to help create the ultimate backyard. A traditional back lawn now boasts a pool that coverts to a skateboard bowl in winter, with a spa & sun lounging area alongside. A pool bar and conversation nook with outdoor fire complete this incredible outdoor living space. After two projects for this family they suggest that "If you are considering using the services of Court Construction, my advice is book them!".
West Coast Bach
An amazing 3 level cedar holiday home was crafted into a steep and difficult site. Solid concrete floors and generous use of glass help highlight the incredible panaromic view. Multiple outdoor living spaces were created to provide the owners with all-weather options. At the end of a challenging build the client said "The best indication I can give is that the next house I build I will use Court Construction again".
Pop Top Addition
This growing family required more room, but didn't want to move. We popped the top of the house to add a sun filled master bedroom & ensuite along with a warm & cosy upstairs lounge retreat. The family lived onsite during the alteration and couldn't be happier with the result saying "As a family living on site, we found everyone to be respectful, polite & understanding at all times."
Stylish Studio
Our clients required an additional multi-use studio space. The room is used for a home office, 'manzone' entertainment area & as a guest bedroom. Top quality fixtures & fittings, and clever use of storage and space provided the answer. The end result is an incredibly stylish but practical addition that compliments the existing dwelling.
