Our Process

If you’ve never built or renovated before, you may be unaware of the process. Here’s what you can expect when you decide to build with us:

First contact

We’ll have a discussion with you to gain an understanding of what your job entails, and how best we can help. If you already have plans we ask these to be sent through prior to our meeting.


This will usually be done at the building site, or the home requiring renovation. At this walk thru we can discuss options for your build. We may suggest changes & enhancements to plans prior to you applying for council approval. We can provide details of finished projects similar to yours to take a look at.


If you have concept plans we’ll compile an estimate based on our meeting and the concept provided. This may have to be reviewed if you amend your plans. Once final council approved plans have been received we will provide a comprehensive & detailed costing.


Once you’ve selected us for your project we’ll provide you with a building contract and guarantee application forms. We’ll check your council requirements are in order. We’ll prepare you a full programme and detailed project timeline.


Your project begins. Regular site meetings will be scheduled to update you on progress, run thru your queries & discuss any changes you may like to make. We can assist with product information and selection. Your dedicated Site Manager will be available to you throughout your build. This is your home, we will create what you want, how you want it.


Your project is finished. We can have your house cleaned prior to you moving back in and all rubbish and building materials will be removed. We will organise your final Code of Compliance Certificate, and provide you with all your warranties, and a maintenance schedule. It’s time to enjoy your new home!
